CANCELLATION POLICY
We are committed to providing an exceptional service and ensuring your satisfaction. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, but strive to address any concerns or issues promptly to make sure each guest receives a quality experience. To effectively manage the schedule and accommodate all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice prior to any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered a no-show, resulting in a fee of 50% of the service cost. Additionally, A 5 minute grace period is offered, and any delayed arrival beyond 15 minutes will require rescheduling, a no-show fee may be applied even without prior notice.
